The MATCH file secret was not meant to
be a secret, but that is the way it is working
out. If you don't believe what I write here it is going
to cost you lots of money and aggravation. This
is not hype, not baloney, not a trick designed to cost you
money. This is the
plain truth. If you are on the Match File it is essential that
you learn about this and take it seriously, very seriously.
This requires
a bit of explaining:
When businesses are put on the MATCH
file they begin
applying for a new merchant account
with a different merchant account provider. This
is normal, usual, to be expected and is not the problem.
Lying is the problem. Yes,
the problem is LYING! Keep reading:
When anyone applies for a new merchant
account the Merchant Account Provider immediately submits
the personal names, company names, home and business addresses
, social security numbers, of the applicant and and
all other principals of the company to Master Card International,
the "keepers" of the Match List.
Master Card International reviews
all new applications and reports their findings back to
the account providers in about 30 days. If you are
not on the match file then the it will be smooth sailing
for
you.
If the report shows that you ARE on
the MATCH file then the nightmare begins:
The nightmare: Your new account
is promptly terminated, and all of your sales that have not
yet been deposited to your bank account are frozen. Your
frozen funds will be held, in trust, by the merchant provider
to be used to pay any chargebacks, refunds, etc. After
as long as 6 months or so the remaining money
will be returned to you, minus the paid chargebacks and some
handling fees.
The plain
truth is that it
is not possible to permanently hide
the truth from your new Merchant
Account
provider. Thousands have tried. At best
it may be possible to hide the truth for about 30 days. Now you
know the secret of the MATCH file; telling the truth is the only way
to get a second chance to be approved for a new merchant account. The
source of the bigger nightmare is lying about your match file status.
z
The money in the pipeline will NOT
be deposited to your bank account anytime soon. The
Merchant Account Provider needs to allow a lot of time
for chargebacks to show up, perhaps 6 months to a year. Chargebacks
will be paid to your customers as they occur by using the
funds in the pipeline. When pre-determined time has
passed (decided by the Merchant Provider) the remaining
funds in your pipeline will b deposited into your bank
account. They will also subtract some "handling
fees" as well.
It's Not Fair!
Anger and cries of "foul play",
"not fair", "crooks", are
what we hear all the time from people on the MATCH file as they
jump out of the
frying pan and into the fire; just
by lying, just by not reporting the truth
of their MATCH status. When applying for a new Merchant
Account BE ABSOLUTELY SURE to openly reveal your MATCH card status.
The Safe Way -- A Free Second Chance
The
only "safe
way" to
apply for a new merchant account is to tell
the truth. This
is especially true if your business is considered to be in the
"high risk" category. My jewelry business is considered
high risk because jewelry is often expensive and jewelers are frequent
targets of fraud and receive many fraudulent orders.
Our merchant provider
specializes in helping high risk businesses obtain merchant accounts,
but will not give you a second tumble if it is at all clear that
you are not giving them truthful and accurate information when
filling out the forms.
Answer
ALL of the questions honestly. Fill out the forms yourself
and get it done accurately. This is not kid stuff; your
income depends on telling it like it is. Have you ever
filed bankruptcy? You
must report the truth when you say yes or no. Are you on the
MATCH file? Yes or no, you must report the truth. Leaving
out the answers to any questions is itself suspicious. Answer
all questions except those that do not apply.
You
can be certain that they will find the truth anyhow, in 30
days or less, because your personal details (name, address, SS#,
etc.) will be found on the MATCH list and reported to your new
Merchant Account provider. When this happens your account
is instantly TERMINATED and any funds waiting to be deposited
to your bank account are FROZEN. Period. You can't
get away with lying for more than 30 days. This is an indisputable
fact; ignore it at your peril.
There
are very few Merchant Account Providers that
will accept people and companies that are on
the MATCH list, but NEVER if
you have lied about it. Lying may be what helped
get you on the MATCH list in the first place. Honesty
pays good dividends.
If
you are not accepted when telling the truth, you will be no worse
off than
you were before. Our recommended Merchant Account provider
may actually be able to give you a second chance. If
you are absolutely serious about wanting a Second Chance at a full-service
Merchant Account then we will be happy to do our best for you. If
you are NOT absolutely serious please wait until you are. Absolutely
serious? OK, just use the form below to look into it:
Inquiry

Think about it, why
would a Merchant Account Provider trust you after you
lied about your MATCH file status or lied about any other information
in your application form? They
will only expect more lies and cheating in the future. You
would not be considered a good risk. If, however,
you report the truth they may just give you a new "second
chance"
account.
Do you want a free
second chance to get a new merchant account? There
is no guarantee that you will be accepted, but many people
are. Submitting an online inquiry
is easy, free and fast. You can even do it now. Note
that this is an opportunity for any business seeking a merchant
account as well as for businesses on the match file seeking a
second chance for a new merchant account. The odds of being
approved are really pretty good. If you really want a free
second chance you must be prepared to help us to help you. We
can't be of real value to you without your active participation.
After you send your
inquiry form you will be contacted within 24 hours by an account
manager from our merchant account provider. Please be courteous
to him/her. Remember this will not be a "cold call", you
will get the call ONLY because you asked for help in getting
a new merchant account.
Notice: No
Third Chances
If
you and/or your business have been put on the Match file
twice before we will not be able to offer you a Third Chance. Merchants
who have lost their Merchant Accounts twice before are not acceptable
risks for any Merchant Account
Provider.
